Description
A 5-session course for those who'd like to work with noble woods and learn to take "raw" slabs all the way to a final product. You'll reveal the beauty of noble woods yourself by milling it and making it flat and square on all sides. You will then measure, mark, cut, make the joints, and assemble your box+lid. You will learn how to use the: - table saw - jointer - planer - mitre saw - bandsaw - sander/grinder - drill press - router table Project 1: Noble wood box with mitred corners and splines + lid with handle Project 2 (if time allows): Planter to learn to use jigs on the table saw, angle cuts, and more OR Make your own routed frame with 45-degree angles This course is recommended for those who have some prior DIY experience.
