A multi-craft camp by Klayit and Knock On Wood for curious minds Ceramic Programme – Monday: Autumn Leaf Dishes & Nature Stamps – Tuesday: Sculpting Forest Friends. Kids sculpt woodland animals, hedgehogs, owls, foxes, or imagined creatures. – Wednesday: Pottery Wheel. Each child enjoys individual time on the wheel, shaping a unique bowl or cup and experiencing the meditative rhythm of spinning clay. –Thursday: Cozy Candle Holders. Inspired by lanterns, pumpkin lights, and tiny houses, kids sculpt tealight holders to bring a warm glow to autumn nights – Friday: Choose Your Own Project. Children dream up a project of their choice—functional pottery or fantasy sculpture—and bring it to life with instructor support. Woodworking Programme The programme is extremely flexible encouraging design thinking and creativity. Kids will all start with a structured pre-defined project (the Tic-tac-toe game) as a warm-up exercise to get acquainted with the workshop and its tools. Then they'll either choose from a "Project Menu" that offers ideas from starter projects to more advanced, or design their own projects. We mostly encourage the later. With the instructors, checking feasibility then execute with the given tools,materials and machines allows a holistic educational experience as well as a lot of independence and fun.
