Description

It just all makes sense; connect the dots between digital and manual fabrications in our new and innovative collaborative camp series with Future Kids https://futurekids.io/index/en. Concepts of coding, electronics along with 3-D design and concepts of using tools and machines provide a holistic learning experience to kids and teens. All of this is done in an out-of-the-ordinary 500 sqm craft/makerspace in the heart of Geneva. Kids of age 8-11/12-15 will be engineering, designing and building the following projects in the most creative manner: -An interactive game -An augmented ping-pong racket -An autonomous rover -A connected bracelet -An electronic musical instrument via using + micro:bit V2 + Motors and sensors + Wood, some machines and hand-held tools + MakeCode + Tinkercad + Fusion 360 In the 21st century digital and manual go hand-in-hand providing the most holistic approach to craft education. Daily schedule: 8.30-9 AM arriving 9-10 AM Coding, 3-D design with FutrureKids 10-10.30 AM break (snacks and fruits are on us) 10.30- 12 Coding, 3-D design, electronics with FutureKids 12- 2 PM lunch and play in the park (we can provide cold lunch for 10 CHF) 2-3.30 PM constructing and woodworking with Knock On Wood 3.30-4 PMsnacks and play: building a bridge outside 4-5 PM constructing and woodworking with Knock On Wood 5-5.30 PM leaving home 20% OFF FOR GIRLS AND 15% OFF FOR SIBLINGS.
